Max Bid = live current top bid for the selected window. On Today the Max Bid for contested/armed rows is re-read live (freshness shown per cell), so it never freezes on a transient spike. tivly.com defaults to Last 7 days — that is this dashboard's default too, so the numbers match out of the box.

Industry rows are the lead's REAL business industry (its own Business Category/Subcategory mapped to the canonical taxonomy) — not the campaign it came in on, so a broad campaign's roofers, daycares and recruiters land in their true industries.
Closes = distinct Tivly-lead companies whose policy bound in the lookback (spined on bound_at). Cancellations = policies that cancelled (spined on cancelled_date). Hot 🔥 = meaningful net increase in closes vs the prior equal-length period; 🆕 new = none in the prior period. Revenue is gross first-year (revops parity). Click any count for the customers behind it.
One row per SKU (SEGMENT-STATE-COVERAGE, e.g. GAR-FL-GL), grouped from the company→sku_code map joined with harper-prod metrics.
Revenue is lifetime fee-inclusive order-grain (commission + Harper service fee); AOV is the 90-day matured bind cohort (revenue ÷ binds); Avg lead value is lifetime revenue ÷ transfer leads; Closes/Transfers 30D are the trailing 30 days. Spend is billed lead cost from the CRM (a floor). Default shows SKUs with ≥5 companies. Click a SKU for its companies + which campaigns (live/paused) they came from.
